Rosa et Al is the creative hospitality project of siblings Patrícia and Emanuel de Sousa, centered in a meticulously restored townhouse in the artsy heart of Porto. Their practice is a collaborative intersection of diverse disciplines; Patrícia brings a background in economics and textile arts, while Emanuel is an architect with deep roots in theater and the performing arts. Since 2012, they have redefined the concept of "home" for global travelers, using their space to explore ancestral gastronomic practices through a contemporary lens. By blending personal memory with a rigorous design sensibility, the de Sousa siblings have transformed the traditional supper club into a social and culinary art form, fostering a culture of togetherness that prioritizes seasonal integrity and the ritual of the shared table.
