Cathrine Østerberg

Cathrine Østerberg is the founder and ice cream scientist behind Østerberg Ice Cream. Originally from Denmark, she has studied ice cream science in Canada, lived in Vietnam and also opened an ice cream shop in Ho Chi Minh City. She loves travelling and exploring the many food cultures out there, getting inspiration for new ice cream flavors.
