Söderberg & Sara are Per Söderberg and Tilde Möller, a duo of bakers and creators who turned their passion for sourdough and coffee into a successful culinary presence in Ystad and Malmö. Their practice is defined by a commitment to organic, locally produced grains and a hands-on approach to every aspect of their craft—from working the stone oven day and night to foraging in the wild.
